The (un)constitutionality of the World Cup Law: freedom of expression, image rights and the right to use trademarks inside soccer stadiums

The present study begins from a critical analysis of the World Cup General Law, more specifically relative to the study of protection and exploration of the rights related to the image, marks, broadcasts rights and the expression freedom of all involved straight and indirectly to the events fixed on it. Also relative to the copyrights and others forms of intellectual property, in order to understand whether the position taken in this special law hurts or not the legal homeland system, and how it infringed it. Before a study of constitutional-trademark critical nature, it is verified that the object in focus not fully met in accordance with the constitutional and legal commandments general, breaking and not recognizing some of its precepts, on the grounds of the need to meet the established requirements by FIFA.
