This article has the purpose of studying the methods of control of the use of the work, identifying the acts restricting the use of the work implemented by technological protection measures. It thus intends to analyse the legal regime of technological protection measures implemented in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and within the scope of the regulatory framework of the European Union, and to verify their impacts on the regime of free uses, especially with regard to digital private copying and to acts of neutralisation of technological protection measures.
