Abstract

Collected volume of the third issue of PIDCC — Intellectual Property: Contemporary Law and the Constitution —, published in 2013 in Aracaju under the direction of Carla Eugenia Caldas Barros. The file contains the masthead, the cataloguing record prepared by the Central Library of the Federal University of Sergipe, the bilingual table of contents and the full text of eight articles, from page 1 to page 225. The papers deal with the patenting of Roundup Ready technology and Monsanto's royalty collection model, with novelty in industrial designs, with intellectual property management at the technology transfer office of UFMG, with Vattimo's reading of post-modernity and technology, with axiological unity in constitutional civil law, with phenomenology as an attempt at rigorous science, with the constitutionality of the Brazilian World Cup Act, and with the French regime for out-of-commerce and orphan works. Each article carries its own abstract, keywords and reference list, and also appears as a separate file in the collection.
